Meet the Founder

Dr. Bryan Gia Dinh

First Oklahoma Physical Therapist to Earn the RMSK® Credential

The RMSK® credential is an internationally recognized distinction demonstrating advanced expertise in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound. It is earned primarily by physicians and a select group of well qualified healthcare professionals. Dr. Dinh became the first physical therapist in Oklahoma to earn the RMSK® credential by passing the examination on his first attempt, setting a new standard for diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound within physical therapy.

One of Only Two RMSK®- Physical Therapists in Oklahoma

Among an exceptionally limited group of physical therapists in the state holding the RMSK® credential in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound.

Dual Fellowship-Trained in Manual Therapy and Diagnostic Ultrasound

Dr. Dinh brings an exceptionally rare combination of fellowship-level training in orthopedic manual physical therapy and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, further distinguished by FAAOMPT® recognition. With fewer than 4% of physical therapists are FAAOMPT®—and even fewer pursuing advanced fellowship training in two specialized areas—his dual-fellowship background places him among the most highly trained musculoskeletal physical therapists in the profession.

His role reflects a high level of trust in his anatomical expertise, clinical knowledge, and ability to prepare future physical therapists for advanced patient care.

Published

Dr. Dinh is the lead author of “A Comparison of Dry Needle Placement Accuracy Rates Between Two Approaches Targeting the Gluteus Medius Osteotendinous Junction in Cadavers,” published in the Journal of Manual & Manipulative Therapy. His research demonstrated a substantial difference in needle-placement accuracy between two commonly used approaches, providing clinically relevant evidence to help physical therapists improve procedural precision, treatment consistency, and patient safety.

He is also a contributing author of “Periarticular Dry Needling and Spinal Manipulation Versus Conventional Physical Therapy in Patients With Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction: A Multi-Center Randomized Clinical Trial,”selected as a Top 3 research platform presentation at the 2026 AAOMPT Annual Conference.

Senior Instructor

As Senior Faculty with the American Academy of Manipulative Therapyone of the most prominent and widely recognized continuing education organizations in the profession—Dr. Dinh trains licensed clinicians nationwide in advanced spinal manipulation, dry needling, orthopedic manual therapy, and clinical reasoning. His faculty role places him among a select group of educators helping shape modern musculoskeletal practice.

Dr. Bryan Dinh is the founder of Iron Tiger Osteopractic Physical Therapy, where he combines advanced diagnostic technology with fellowship-level manual therapy to deliver highly personalized care for active individuals.

By combining advanced diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound with fellowship-level manual therapy, dry needling, spinal manipulation, and individualized rehabilitation, Dr. Dinh identifies the true source of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. His approach allows for more precise diagnosis, targeted treatment, and measurable outcomes for orthopedic injuries, headaches, nerve entrapments, tendon disorders, and performance-related conditions.
