Dr. Bryan Dinh is the founder of Iron Tiger Osteopractic Physical Therapy, where he combines advanced diagnostic technology with fellowship-level manual therapy to deliver highly personalized care for active individuals.

By combining advanced diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound with fellowship-level manual therapy, dry needling, spinal manipulation, and individualized rehabilitation, Dr. Dinh identifies the true source of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. His approach allows for more precise diagnosis, targeted treatment, and measurable outcomes for orthopedic injuries, headaches, nerve entrapments, tendon disorders, and performance-related conditions.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Dinh serves as Senior Faculty for the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, teaching advanced manual therapy, dry needling, and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound to healthcare professionals throughout the United States. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member in the Langston University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, where he helps educate future physical therapists.
